Weapons Stolen from Home in Susquehanna County.

According to Pennsylvania statute, a person is guilty if he enters a building or occupied structure with the purpose to commit a crime therein, unless the premises are at the time open to the public or unless the actor is licensed or privileged to enter.

The Scranton Times-Tribune reports that two black 9mm pistols were stolen from a Susquehanna County home sometime last week. Police are still looking for the stolen items and suspect.
